(KRON) — Five people were injured in a stabbing at a San Mateo County restaurant early Sunday morning, according to authorities. Three suspects in the altercation were arrested near the scene.
The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office responded shortly after 2 a.m. to Mariscos El Sanignacense, a restaurant located at 2561 El Camino Real in North Fair Oaks, on the report of a stabbing in progress. Arriving deputies found three victims at the scene suffering from injuries. Two other victims were located at nearby hospitals.
Deputies learned that the fight at the restaurant involved three suspects attacking the five victims with “glass shards and other objects,” the sheriff’s office said.

The suspects were identified in the investigation as Claudio Fajardo-Gomez, 37; Kevin Lopez-Lima, 29; and Nixon Perez-Morales, 30. All three were found by deputies block away from the restaurant and taken into custody.
Fajardo-Gomez, Lopez-Lima and Nixon Perez-Morales were booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility for assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury.
The five victims are believed to be in stable condition, according to authorities.
