(KRON) — The much-anticipated debut of restaurant concept Asia Live is coming very soon. The grand opening at Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara will be on Monday, June 1, Asia Live announced in a press release.
Asia Live spans 15,000 square feet with seating of up to 350 guests.
The establishment is located at 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd. #1891, next to Shake Shack and across from Eataly. Asia Live will take over the former space of iChina, which closed in 2025 after a five-year run.

An “Opening Gala” is slated for Tuesday, May 19 — beginning a soft-opening period before Asia Live is open for reservations to the public.
Asia Live is owned by George Chen and Cindy Wong-Chen. The husband-and-wife duo is also behind China Live, located on San Francisco’s Broadway Street.
The restaurant is a “culinary destination” that will feature a marketplace restaurant and bar, a press release states. Asia Live’s bar will be similar to China Live’s “Cold Drinks,” which serves upscale cocktails.
The Valley Fair restaurant, in contrast to its San Francisco counterpart, will serve more than just Chinese cuisine. Asia Live will serve dishes from Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and India, the release states.
